Description
Required position: A320 captains
Contract term 3 years, renewable
Working pattern options
A. Resident + annual paid leave of 45 days
- Average yearly salary 241,200 USD including bonuses
- Average monthly salary 20,100 USD including bonuses
- 17,500 USD basic monthly salary
B. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off + 30 days annual paid leave
- Average yearly salary 229,200 USD including bonuses
- Average monthly salary 19,100 USD including bonuses
- 16,500 USD basic monthly salary
C. 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off + no annual paid leave
Average yearly salary 229,200 USD including bonuses
- Average monthly salary 19,100 USD including bonuses
16,500 USD basic monthly salary
Sick leave: 8 days
Housing allowance: 1,000 USD
Travel allowance: maximum 6,600 USD per year, if under, subject to the actual tickets prices
Annual safety bonus: 6,600 USD per year
Yearly contract bonus: 6,000 USD
Personal accident insurance
Overtime pay payable after 85 block hours every month at 195 USD per hour
Minimum requirements:
3000 + total PIC hours
600+ hours PIC on type (A320)
Less than 53 years old
Current on type within 6 months
ICAO English level 4+
Valid Class 1 medical certificate
No history of incidents or accidents and no criminal record
