Description
Required position: A320 captains
Contract term 3 years, renewable
Working pattern options
A. Resident + annual paid leave of 42 days
- Average yearly salary 250,000 USD including bonuses
- Average monthly salary 20,833 USD including bonuses
- 17,500 USD basic monthly salary
B. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off + no annual paid leave
- Average yearly salary 238,000 USD including bonuses
- Average monthly salary 19,833 USD including bonuses
- 16,500 USD basic monthly salary
C. 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off + no annual paid leave
Average yearly salary 226,000 USD including bonuses
- Average monthly salary 18,833 USD including bonuses
15,500 USD basic monthly salary
Monthly housing allowance 1,500 USD
Yearly travel allowance 6,000 USD
Yearly completion bonus
- 1st year 8,000 USD
- 2nd year 10,000 USD
- 3rd year 12,000 USD
Yearly safety bonus 6,000 USD
Overtime pay payable after 85 block hours every month at 200 USD per hour
Minimum requirements:
- 3000+ hours total time
- 500+ hours PIC on A320
- No older than 55
- ICAO English level 4
- Valid Medical Certificate with Class 1
- Current flight within recent 12 calendar months
- No history of incidents or accidents
- No criminal record
- Recommendation letter
