Required position: A320 captains

Contract term 3 years, renewable

Working pattern options

     A. 40 Days annual leave

• Average yearly salary 250,000 USD including bonuses


• Average monthly salary 20,833 USD including bonuses 


• 18,500 USD basic monthly salary


• Annual minimum required hours: 800

     B. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off

• Average yearly salary 238,000 USD including bonuses


• Average monthly salary 19,833 USD including bonuses


• 17,500 USD basic monthly salary


• Annual minimum required hours: 750

     C. 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off

• Average yearly salary 226,000 USD including bonuses


• Average monthly salary 18,833 USD including bonuses


• 16,500 USD basic monthly salary


• Annual minimum required hours: 700

Sick leave: 8 days

Annual Bonus: 6,000 USD

Annual travel bonus: 10,000

Spring Airlines employee tickets per year : 6

Overtime pay: 200 USD per hour

Qualification requirements:

Pre-requisition for Pilot Candidates:

1.)  Hold a currently valid ATPLlicense without restrictions on A-320 issued by aviation authority of his home country;

2.)  Hold current first class medical certificate;

3.)  Suspension of flight service, if any, shall be within 18 months. Pilot Candidates who possess proficiency check and medical check within the latest 6 months, or suspend flight services no longer than 3 months or having record of no less than 3 times landing and taking-off in the latest 90 days, will be preferred.

4.)  ICAO Grade IV English ratings ( if not licensed, we can coordinate testing for you)

5.)  Below age 55 

Experience requirement:

1)  Minimum 3 years airline crew experience

2)  Total flight time 3,000 hours minimum

3) Minimum 500 hours experience as Pilot in Command on A-320

Other requirement

1.)  Fluent in English navigation communication;

2.)  The Pilot’s native country must have diplomatic relations with China;

3.)  No accountable accidents or incidents in flight record;

4.)  Hold a certificate of non-criminal record;

6.) Candidate shall provide the copies of ATPL license, other licenses, training records, the latest proficiency check, first class medical certificate and passport. Pilot candidate should guarantee the authenticity and validity of such files.
