The Marketing Manager for Distribution is assigned to identify and establish the various distribution channels in the selling and distribution of loyalty products. Manager is responsible for achieving program sales targets and assigned strategic distribution objectives. The Marketing Manager for Distribution works with distribution channels and external agencies on initiatives designed to increase member acquisition while leading the channel’s planning cycle and program implementation. The Marketing Manager for Distribution is expected to establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in various distribution channels. The Marketing Manager for Distribution is responsible in managing Specialist for Distribution and ensure their productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
University degree in business or related discipline
Marketing and Distribution expertise combining account / partner management and business development experience
Experience working alongside Marketing, Data Analytics, Member Insights and Research peers and suppliers to identify improvements to loyalty partner programs
Distribution or Sales Management experience would also be highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to produce reports, documents, presentation and business cases efficiently and effectively

Sound Numeracy, analytical and abstract reasoning skills together with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
