Responsible for managing all activities in the Network Control Centre. Such activities include schedule integrity, safety, security and passenger convenience and also act as the decision maker for non-regulatory matters. Provides legal, safe, efficient and cost effective passenger recovery plans that shall minimize the inconvenience to the guests, in consultation with the Operation Controller.Ensures that clear, consistent and updated communications are maintained to the key internal and external stakeholders.
Required Educational Background
Graduate of a 4 year course
Preference to graduates having a business management or aviation background
Airline or ground services management experience of at least 3 years such as:
Previous Duty Manager (or equivalent) experience.
Previous Ramp and counter experience.
Previous Load Control experience desirable.
Previous operational experience desirable.
