Maintains and expands relationships with program partners.
Responsible for achieving program sales targets and assigned strategic account objectives.
Works with partners on initiatives designed to increase program sales, while leading the partners’ account planning cycle and ensuring assigned partners’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Qualifications
Degree in a relevant discipline
Marketing expertise combining account / partner management and business development experience
Experience working alongside Data Analytics, Member Insights and Research peers and suppliers to identify improvements to loyalty partner programs
Loyalty or rewards program partner management experience would also be highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to produce reports, documents, presentation and business cases efficiently and effectively
Preferably a Debit / Credit Card Manager in a bank or with any financial card program experience
